This item has lot of features in it so this is not a new feature to the user. There is some problem with this which is its disables the transparency and not turn off Aero or the compositing engine.
Manually Enable/Disable Aero Transparency
For this purpose just right click on the desktop and select personalize and then “Window Color and Appearance”.

Here you can see the checkbox of “Enable transparency” which will work with in no time.
Create Aero Transparency Shortcut
For this you just have to click on the desktop and select New than Shortcut and write the following.

Turn Aero Transparency Off
rundll32.exe dwnApi #104
Turn Aero Transparency On
rundll32.exe dwnApi #102
